Terms of use for asipartner.us and terms of sale for DJI products supplied by ASI Computer Technologies, Inc..
Last updated: 2026-09-08
This website is operated by ASI Computer Technologies, Inc. ("ASI Computer", "we"), 7277 Nelson Rd, Richmond, BC V6W 1G3, Canada, telephone (604) 214-0300, email [email protected]. ASI Computer is an independent DJI Authorized Dealer. DJI, Mavic, Osmo, Matrice, AGRAS, FlyCart and related marks are trademarks of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd.; ASI Computer is not DJI and does not act on DJI's behalf.
Product information, specifications and images are provided for reference and are based on DJI's published materials. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free; DJI may change specifications, bundle contents and regional availability without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.
Quotes are issued by email or WhatsApp. Orders are accepted when we issue an order confirmation or invoice. Payment is due before shipment unless net terms have been approved in writing. Accepted methods are stated on the invoice (wire/ACH/EFT, major credit cards through our payment processor, and approved purchase orders). Card payments may carry a surcharge where permitted by law.
We ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Estimated ship dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier for FOB/EXW quotes, or on delivery to you for delivered quotes, as stated on the invoice. Drone batteries are dangerous goods (UN3481) and may restrict carrier and destination options. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Products may be subject to Canadian and US export-control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not a restricted party and will not export or re-export products in violation of applicable law. We may cancel any order that we believe would breach these laws.
New DJI products carry the DJI manufacturer's limited warranty applicable to the region of sale; terms are published at dji.com. ASI Computer assists with warranty claims and DJI Care activations but the warranty is provided by DJI. Except as stated in a written agreement, ASI Computer makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. In summary: unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with a return authorisation; opened, activated or special-order items (including Enterprise, AGRAS and FlyCart systems) are not returnable except for defects handled under the DJI warranty.
You are responsible for complying with aviation regulations where you operate, including FAA Part 107 / Remote ID in the United States and Transport Canada RPAS rules in Canada, and for any licences, insurance or permits required for agricultural spraying or commercial operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASI Computer's aggregate liability arising from any order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or flight operations.
Site design, text and original graphics are © 2026 ASI Computer Technologies, Inc.. DJI product images and specification data are the property of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and are used to describe products offered for sale.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
